As a scholarly journal, PJSIR processes payments related to Subscription charges, publication charges, article processing fees, or other editorial services. Please read this policy carefully before making any payment.
1. Non-Refundable Payments
- Fees paid for Subscription, manuscript submission, peer review, or article processing are non-refundable.
- Payments for articles already accepted, typeset, or published cannot be refunded.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered only in the following rare cases:
- Duplicate payment due to technical error.
- Transaction failure where amount was deducted but not recorded by our system.
3. Refund Process
- Request must be emailed to info@pjsir.org within 7 working days of payment.
- Valid proof of payment must be provided.
- Refund will be processed through the same payment channel within 10–15 working days, subject to gateway policies.
4. No Physical Returns
As PJSIR provides digital editorial and publishing services, no physical goods are shipped or returned.
